This Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of International Banking customers and is a key personnel within the management companies. This role needs to conduct business reviews, sales research, customer relationship development using market and industry information and risk management for the portfolio to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and promote cross-selling.

This role is responsible for assisting the Manager of Trade Finance in the day-to-day operations in ensuring that all transactions are properly authorized in the system in line with internal policy and procedures. Monitor, continuously coach, manage Trade Finance Assistant, and be accountable for all financial transactions. Work closely with the Manager of Trade Operations on related projects. Ensure the effectiveness of control in place and always look for solutions to operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report any malfunctioning and /or errors to the Head of Department Ensure that all rules and regulations governing Trade Finance are complied with.
- Handle customer queries and complaints on time and respond to clients’ queries through email and bank-to-bank queries via SWIFT.
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery of services to internal and external customers to avoid financial and/or reputational loss.
- Ensure proper recovery of charges and commission as per the current Bank’s Tariff of charges and commission.

- Conduct internal auditing work competently as assigned by the Senior members of the Internal Audit team.

The Team Leader – IT Applications and Channels will be responsible for providing technical support regarding different applications used within the bank.
Key Responsibility:
- Provide support and maintenance of existing systems
- Provide technical assistance to functional users in daily operations

- Report system malfunctions/issues to the software vendor and ensure timely delivery of patches

The Messenger/Driver is responsible for executing all the day-to-day activities/ tasks of the unit. - Collection and delivery of mail dispatch and other materials as required from and to the internal department and other institutions.
