Main duties

The key responsibilities are not limited to the following:

• Assist in processing corporate applications from receipt to disbursement.
• Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation in accordance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of credit proposals.
• Liaise with corporate customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely processing of applications.
• Monitor corporate files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring, reporting, and follow-up on outstanding requirements.
• Provide quality customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update leasing systems and databases.
• Support the team in achieving departmental objectives and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head or designated Relationship Manager.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in customer service, credit, and financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic banking environment.
